NeuroPi Whistle Blower Policy

1. Purpose

NeuroPi is committed to the highest standards of ethics, transparency, child safety, and governance.

This Whistle Blower Policy enables any individual to safely report concerns related to misconduct, violations of law, unethical behaviour, child protection issues, financial irregularities, or breaches of NeuroPi's Code of Conduct.

The purpose of this policy is to:

• Encourage timely reporting of genuine concerns
• Ensure protection of whistle blowers
• Enable independent investigation
• Maintain NeuroPi as a safe ecosystem for children, staff, and stakeholders

2. Scope

This policy applies to:

• Employees (full-time, part-time, contractual)
• Teachers & school staff
• Franchise partners & operators
• Vendors & consultants
• Parents, guardians, and community members
• Volunteers & interns

Covers all NeuroPi verticals including Schools, Early Development Programs, NeuroPi Sport, NeuroPi Longevity, AI/Tech platforms, Clinic-in-a-Bag, and Operations.

3. What Can Be Reported

Whistleblowers may report concerns including (but not limited to):

A. Child Safety and Well-being

• Neglect, discrimination, harassment, or abuse
• Breach of child-safety protocols
• Unsafe learning or physical environments

B. Ethical Misconduct

• Harassment, discrimination, bullying
• Abuse of authority
• Breach of confidentiality

C. Financial & Operational Misconduct

• Fraud, corruption, misappropriation
• Bribery or kickbacks
• Manipulation of school records or financial statements

D. Compliance Violations

• Violations of NEP 2020, RTE Act, or any applicable law
• Breach of licensing, franchising, or operational guidelines
• Cybersecurity violations, data privacy breaches

E. Academic & Scientific Integrity

• Misuse of NeuroPi pedagogy or AI systems
• Fabrication or manipulation of assessments or analytics

4. Reporting Channels

NeuroPi provides multiple safe and confidential channels:

All reports may be anonymous unless law requires identity disclosure.

5. Confidentiality & Protection

NeuroPi guarantees:

• Absolute confidentiality of whistle blower identity
• Zero retaliation policy
• Protection against dismissal, demotion, harassment, or discrimination
• Immediate action against retaliators
• Optional anonymity through encrypted reporting

6. Investigation Process

1. Acknowledge receipt (within 48 hours)
2. Preliminary assessment
3. Independent investigation by Internal Ethics Committee
4. Findings & recommendations documented transparently
5. Corrective action (disciplinary, legal, policy adjustments)
6. Closure notification (when permissible)

In case of child safety issues, NeuroPi will immediately involve:

• Local authorities (as mandated)
• Child helpline services
• Regulatory bodies

7. Roles & Responsibilities

Whistleblower

• Provide genuine, factual information
• Not misuse the policy for false allegations

Internal Ethics Committee

• Ensure fair, unbiased investigations
• Maintain confidentiality
• Recommend action

Management

• Protect whistleblowers
• Execute corrective measures
• Strengthen systems and controls

8. Frivolous Complaints

False, malicious, or knowingly misleading complaints may result in disciplinary action — without discouraging genuine reporting.

9. Policy Review

This policy will be reviewed annually or upon major expansion of NeuroPi verticals to ensure continued relevance and compliance.
